Today we take 15KW for example, how to customize a 15KW solar system configuration?
1.Solar Inverter
We should confirm the system type. Is it an ON GRID SYSTEM, an ON/OFF GRID SYSTEM or an OFF GRID SYSTEM? The system type determines the inverter type and it needs to carry batteries or not. Let’s take OFF GRID SYSTEM for example, a 15KW OFF GRID solar system should configure an OFF GRID 15KW 192VDC Inverter.

3.Solar Panel
To determine the quantity of solar panels.Usually, the total power of the solar panels is 60%-100% of that of the inverter. (For 380 watt solar panel, it will be 24-40 pieces) we always configure it 70%, it will be 28 pieces 380 watt solar panels in practical use( 7 pcs in series and 2 groups in parrallel*2 routes ). If the customer want to use the solar energy more efficiently, we will make it 90-100%(36-40 pieces 380 watt solar panels)

4.PV Combiner
For the Solar System more than 5KW, we should configure PV combiner. Since the Solar System power size is 15KW, so we should prepare PV combiner for the system. As with 7 pcs in series and 2 groups in parrallel *2 routes solar panels, so the quantity of PV Combiner is 2 pieces, 2 in 1 out type.

5.Battery
The OFF GRID SOLAR SYSTEM operates with Battery. So we need to configure battery for it. Take 12V 200ah Sealed Lead acid for example, the system voltage is 192VDC, 192/12V=16, so the quantity of battery at least 16 pieces. A multiple of 16 will be suitable for the 15kw solar system,like 32 pieces if you want to storage more energy(the more battery, the more solar panels) .
